Computer Repair

We can usually repair a computer system on site during our initial troubleshooting visit.

Signs that you need us to come in:

• Your system seems to be slowing down
• You're getting error messages
• Programs seem to crash for no reason
• You have to reboot frequently

Things you should write down before we get there:

• Any error messages on your screen
• All software that's been installed recently, including programs and utilities downloaded from the Internet
• Any upgrades to your software you've installed

By running diagnostics on the system, cleaning up the registry, hunting for viruses and looking for software conflicts, we usually have the system repaired during the first on-site visit.

Occasionally, we have to bring a system back to our shop for more advanced diagnostics. We usually have the systems back in the office in just a couple of business days.
